Purchase and settlement procedures:
1, household registration book or (the household registration book requires the seal of the provincial public security department+the special seal for household registration of the police station+the contractor's signature) or household registration certificate (if the household registration book cannot be provided, the household registration certificate can be issued at the place where the household registration is located).
2. The original and photocopy of the ID card shall be purchased and settled.
3. The original and photocopy of the real estate license shall go through the formalities of purchasing and settling down.
4. The original and photocopy of the purchase contract (provided by those who have not obtained the real estate license) and the registration certificate of commercial housing (attached with the purchase contract) for the settlement of the purchase.
5. Summary of housing information (issued by the Municipal Housing Management Bureau): procedures for purchasing houses and settling down.
6. Original and photocopy of the real estate invoice (provided by one-time payment) for the settlement of house purchase.
7. Original and photocopy of the loan contract (provided by mortgage to buy a house), repayment certificate (proof of repayment record for six consecutive months issued by the loan bank), and procedures for purchasing and settling down.
8. House number certificate (it is recommended to issue the occupancy certificate at the residential property management office first, and then to the local police station).
