Generally, there are two ways to apply:

1. Paper settlement certificate

Contact customer service through Alipay APP and clearly inform the person who needs to apply for the settlement certificate If required, customer service will then verify your personal information and, within 10 days after confirming that the loan has been repaid, a paper settlement certificate will be sent to your designated address. This method is the favorite of banks.

2. Electronic settlement certificate

Open Alipay--gt; "My"--gt; "Ant Borrowing"--gt; "My" in the lower right corner of the page --gt; "Loan Record" --gt; "Loan Proof", just click to confirm. The system will send the electronically stamped certificate to your designated email address. After you receive the email, you can print it out and give it to the bank. This method usually results in a settlement certificate within 5 days.
