1. The loan amount is determined by the coefficient not higher than the repayment ability of the borrower (including the spouse). The calculation formula is as follows: housing provident fund loan amount = (both husband and wife have paid the provident fund from the date of loan application to the date of retirement) ×2 housing provident fund loan amount ≤ the maximum housing provident fund loan amount determined by the management Committee.

2. If only one of the borrower's husband and wife normally pays the housing provident fund, the maximum loan amount for the first suite is 60W for a single employee, and the maximum loan amount for the second suite is 45w.

3. The specific loan amount of each borrower is determined by the loan bank and the fund management center of the Housing Reform Commission in accordance with the above provisions and in combination with the borrower's repayment ability.
