Thirdly, the credit evaluation team (composed of chairman, director, loan officer, some members of the board of supervisors and villagers' representatives with certain prestige) evaluates the applicant's credit according to the credit evaluation method of farmers, and the credit rating is divided into three grades: excellent, good and average.
Fourth, finally determine the loan amount. The amount of micro-credit loans for farmers is determined by the credit cooperatives according to the local rural economic conditions, farmers' production and operation income, credit cooperatives' funds and other specific circumstances, and reported to the branches of the People's Bank of China for approval.
