4, individual housing provident fund loan amount should be determined according to the following circumstances:
(1) The maximum loan amount shall not exceed 70% of the existing value of the collateral; Where securities are used as collateral, it shall not exceed 90% of the face value of the securities, and the maturity date of the securities shall be the loan term.
(2) According to the monthly income of the borrower and co-borrower, the calculation formula is: the loan amount of the borrower = the average monthly salary of the borrower and co-borrower in the previous year × 12 months× the loan term × 40%.

A borrower applying for a housing provident fund loan shall meet the following conditions:
(1) The housing accumulation fund is paid in full and on time 1 year, including 1 year;
(two) with the purchase or construction, renovation, overhaul of self-occupied housing legal contract or agreement and related certification materials, and the contract or agreement signed within 2 years;
(3) Have a stable occupation and income, a good reputation and the ability to repay the principal and interest of the loan;
(4) The guarantee methods recognized by the Economic Ning Housing Provident Fund Management Center, including pledge, guarantee, natural person guarantee and real estate mortgage, can provide effective and full guarantee recognized by the city center;
(5) If the borrower's family uses the housing provident fund personal housing loan for the first time to purchase self-occupied ordinary housing, and the construction area of Xing Tao is 90 square meters or less, the down payment ratio of the loan shall not be less than 20%; Xing Tao construction area of more than 90 square meters, the loan down payment ratio shall not be less than 30%; The purchase of second-hand houses or units to raise funds to build houses must be down payment of not less than 30%; If the borrower's family uses the housing provident fund personal housing loan for the second time to purchase ordinary self-occupied housing, the down payment ratio of the house purchase shall not be less than 50%; Housing construction, renovation and overhaul must have no less than 50% of its own funds;
