Management of personal commercial housing loan default in China Bank;

1. The lender will pay close attention to the strict performance of the loan contract, mortgage (pledge) contract and guarantee contract by the borrower and the guarantor. In case of any breach of contract, the Lender will consider that the Borrower and the Guarantor constitute a breach of contract.

2. During the loan period, if the borrower and the guarantor breach the contract, the lender may take any or all of the following measures:

(1) Require to correct the breach of contract within a time limit.

(2) Require to increase the collateral (pledge) with corresponding reduced value or replace the guarantor.

(3) Stop issuing unused loans.

(4) Penalty interest will be added on the basis of the original loan interest rate.

(5) Recover part or all of the loan principal and interest in advance (including the right to deduct it directly from the borrower's account).

(6) recover from the guarantor.

(7) Dispose of pledged property according to relevant laws and regulations.

(8) Apply to an arbitration institution for arbitration or bring a lawsuit to a people's court.

(9) Other measures.
