In order to maintain the stable and healthy development of our city's real estate market and further implement the spirit of the state's differentiated loan policy for housing loans, according to the actual situation of our city's real estate market, the maximum amount of housing provident fund loans was appropriately adjusted by the eighth meeting of the second session of the Municipal Housing Provident Fund Management Committee on May 30, 20 12. It is hereby announced as follows:
1. If the owner-occupied housing is purchased, built, renovated or overhauled in Cuiping District (including Lingang District), and both husband and wife of the loan applicant have paid the housing provident fund, the maximum amount of the provident fund loan will be adjusted from 300,000 yuan to 400,000 yuan; If the loan applicant pays the provident fund unilaterally, the maximum amount of the provident fund loan will be adjusted from 200,000 yuan to 250,000 yuan.
Second, if the owner-occupied housing is purchased, built, renovated or overhauled in other districts and counties outside Cuiping District, and both husband and wife of the loan applicant have paid the housing provident fund, the maximum amount of the provident fund loan is 300,000 yuan; If the loan applicant pays the provident fund unilaterally, the maximum amount of the provident fund loan is 200,000 yuan.
Three. The above adjustment measures will be implemented from June 20 12 12.
