There is no risk. All loans are collected by third parties, some are enterprises, some can be lent to private individuals, and third parties collect money. This is only for the purpose of funds, and has nothing to do with the loan itself, so there is no risk to the third-party payee. This is stipulated in the three measures and one guideline of the CBRC. The technical term is entrusted payment, which means that after the loan, according to the purpose of applying for the loan, the loan will be transferred to your counterparty, and the third party will not bear any legal responsibility.

Article 92 of the General Principles of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * If a third party illegally occupies the property remitted to the wrong account due to negligence, and refuses to return it, it constitutes the crime of embezzlement. A party may file a criminal private prosecution with the people's court according to law, and demand that the corresponding criminal responsibility be investigated. If a party has insufficient evidence, or thinks that he may be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of more than three years, he may report the case to the public security organ and ask the police to file a case for investigation. After the investigation is completed, the victim can file a criminal private prosecution with the relevant investigation files.
