It is understood that the traffic control time is April 10, 11, 12, 18, 19, From 7:00 to 17:00 on the 25th, 26th and May 1st. The objects of traffic control are: special vehicles such as ambulances, fire trucks, engineering rescue vehicles, and police cars on duty, as well as social vehicles other than buses and taxis.

Traffic control scope

Traffic control sections include: closed Huayuan Road (Changcheng Road to North Outer Ring Road), North Outer Ring Road (Renmin Road to Guiling Road) and set up temporary parking field.

Vehicles are prohibited from entering Renmin Road South through the Renmin Road North Outer Ring Road intersection; tourist vehicles are parked in the temporary parking lot in the east extension of the North Outer Ring Road (Renmin Road to Guiling Road) in an orderly manner.

Vehicles with Lu R license plates are prohibited from driving on Renmin Road (from Shuanghe Overpass to North Outer Ring Road). Please detour to Huanghe Road and North Outer Ring Road.

At the Heze Toll Station on the Ridong Expressway, medium and large trucks and hazardous chemical transport vehicles are prohibited from leaving the expressway.

From 7:00 to 20:00, Renmin Road (from Shuanghe Overpass to the North Outer Ring Road), Tianxiang Road (from Daxue Road to the south gate of Caozhou Peony Garden), Songhuajiang Road (from Renmin Road to Guiling Road), Parking of vehicles with Lu R license plates is prohibited on Changcheng Road (from New Mudan Road to Renmin Road).

It is reported that the Heze Public Security Traffic Police Department will adjust the traffic control time and control area based on the traffic flow during the Peony Cultural Tourism Festival. Drivers are advised to follow traffic signs and traffic police instructions.

4. In the direction of Shangqiu, Henan, Bozhou, Jiangxi, Fuyang, and Guangzhou: transfer from Jiguang Expressway to Rinan Expressway and Hedong Expressway to Heze.

5. In the direction of Kaifeng, Zhengzhou and Xi'an in Henan: Lianhuo Expressway transfers from Lankao to Rinan Expressway to the Heze exit.
