What does the repricing date mean?
The repricing date refers to the date when the interest rate of floating rate loans is adjusted.

Under normal circumstances, the repricing date of most loans is 65438+ 10/0 1 or the month to the date of loan issuance. For example, if the loan issuance date is April 25th, 2020, the repricing date is April 25th corresponding to each year.

On each repricing date, the interest rate is recalculated and determined by the LPR interest rate+basis point of the corresponding period in the latest month. For example, if 65438+1 October1every year is selected as the repricing date, the repricing interest rate is determined according to the LPR interest rate published on February 20th of the previous year. If the month corresponding to the loan issuance date is selected as the repricing date, the repricing interest rate is determined according to the LPR interest rate announced on the 20th of last month.
