2. Personal online banking: loan management-personal credit report inquiry can be submitted and downloaded for free.

3. You can go to the counter of the People's Bank of China or the self-service inquiry machine with your ID card, and the first two inquiries are free every year.

Tips:

1. Personal mobile banking/personal online banking inquiry version does not support personal credit report inquiry service;

2. It is expected that the query results will be returned within 24 hours and saved for 7 natural days. After the expiration, the system will automatically delete them and need to reapply.
