Five days after the loss of Taizhou citizen card is reported in writing, citizens can apply for a replacement card at the service outlets of the citizen card center with valid identity documents, and the replacement card needs to pay a fee of 25 yuan. After the replacement of the card, the original card will be automatically cancelled, and the balance in the original card will be automatically transferred to the new card.

Five, change the card

Members of the public can apply for a replacement card at the service outlets of the Citizen Card Center with valid identity documents, and the 25 yuan fee will be charged for the replacement card. After changing the card, the original card will be automatically cancelled and the citizen card center will take back the original card. The balance of the online account of the original card is automatically transferred to the online account of the new card, and the balance of the electronic wallet of the original card needs to be transferred to the electronic wallet of the new card after five working days.

Six, password service

Service password: The initial default service password of Taizhou citizen card is "000000", and citizens should modify or reset the service password in time after receiving the card. Cardholders can use the service password to enjoy related services on citizen card websites, call centers and self-service terminals.

Transaction password: The default transaction password of online account when Taizhou citizen card is issued is "000000". In order to ensure the safety of funds, cardholders should modify their passwords through self-service terminals in time, or bring valid identity documents to the service outlets of Taizhou Citizen Card Center to modify or reset the transaction passwords.
