Legal basis: Article 7 of the Motor Vehicle Registration Regulations applies for registration: (1) the identity certificate of the motor vehicle owner; (two) proof of the origin of the vehicle, such as the purchase invoice; (3) Certificate of complete vehicle or import certificate of imported motor vehicle; (4) Certificate of vehicle purchase tax payment or exemption; (five) motor vehicle traffic accident liability compulsory insurance certificate; (six) travel tax payment certificate; (7) Other certificates and vouchers required by laws and administrative regulations when registering motor vehicles. Non-customs imported motor vehicles exempted from safety and technical inspection as stipulated by the competent department of motor vehicle products in the State Council shall also submit the certificate of safety and technical inspection of motor vehicles. Dmv shall accept the application within two days, confirm the motor vehicle, check the friction film of the vehicle identification code, check the submitted documents and certificates, and issue the motor vehicle registration certificate, license plate, driver's license and inspection mark.
