1. Original ID card, household registration book or other valid residence certificate of the borrower, valid identity certificate of the educated person, passport or pass of the educated person studying abroad, and provide copies of the above-mentioned documents;

2. Proof of the guardianship relationship between the borrower and the educated recognized by the lender;

3. Proof that the borrower or his family members recognized by the lender have a fixed occupation and stable economic income;

4. The original and photocopy of the letter of admission or the letter of admission of the educated person to the school, as well as the relevant materials of the total amount of tuition and fees and living expenses required by the students attending the school during their study (if studying abroad, a qualified translation company shall be provided to provide the Chinese translation of the materials provided by the school);

5. If the property is mortgaged (pledged), a list of mortgaged property and pledged property, and a commitment or statement signed by the person who has the right to dispose of the property (including the property owner) agreeing to mortgage (pledge) shall be provided. Collateral shall be submitted to the value evaluation report issued by the competent department, and the pledge shall provide proof of rights. If it is guaranteed by a third party, it shall issue a written document and relevant credit certification materials that the guarantor agrees to undertake irrevocable joint and several liability guarantee;

6. The borrower and guarantor shall personally issue and sign a written authorization, and agree to the bank's inquiry on their personal credit report;

7. Other supporting documents and materials required by China Bank.
