City housing provident fund management center shall supervise and inspect the payment of housing provident fund by units, and establish a housing provident fund credit management system according to relevant information, and connect with relevant credit information systems in accordance with regulations.
Among them, if the labor dispatch unit fails to register the deposit of housing provident fund, or the employees of this unit fail to go through the formalities for setting up the housing provident fund account, the municipal housing provident fund management center shall order it to be handled within a time limit, and if it fails to do so within the time limit, a fine of 65,438+10,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan shall be imposed; The person in charge of the unit shall be fined more than 3,000 yuan10,000 yuan.
Units refused to accept supervision and inspection, or false, false information, the city housing provident fund management center shall be ordered to make corrections within a time limit.
