How to apply for CCB provident fund housing loan?
The borrower submits a written application for housing provident fund loan to the Construction Bank and submits relevant materials. After the acceptance, the Construction Bank submits it to the housing provident fund management department for approval, or it can directly apply to the housing provident fund management department and wait for approval. After the approval of the housing provident fund management department, the borrower and the Construction Bank signed a loan contract and a guarantee contract, and went through the mortgage registration, insurance, notarization and other related procedures.
Finally, according to the loan contract, CCB will transfer the loan to the developer's special account for selling houses in CCB or directly to the borrower's deposit account in the loan bank. The borrower only needs to open a repayment account in CCB and repay the loan principal and interest as scheduled according to the repayment method and repayment plan agreed in the loan contract.
