Taking construction behavior as an example, there are three situations in which CCB collects liquidated damages for early repayment of loans:

1. If the loan is less than one year and needs to be repaid in advance, a handling fee of 3% of the prepayment amount will be charged;

2. If the loan time is between 1 and two years, it needs to be repaid in advance, and a handling fee of 2% of the prepayment amount will be charged;

3. If the loan needs to be repaid two to three years in advance, a handling fee of 1% of the prepayment amount will be charged.
