Introduction to SYB training:
SYB (abbreviation: start your career) training is a module in the SIYB system (SIYB is the abbreviation of Start and Improve Your Business, which is translated as "start and improve your career" in Chinese). SIYB system is a full-time support and guidance system for social entrepreneurship, which is actively advocated by the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of China, and is specially tailored for entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises, aiming at promoting employment through entrepreneurship.
SYB entrepreneurship training contains the wisdom and practical experience of experts and scholars from more than 70 countries around the world, and it is also the concentration of experts' wisdom for 25 years. In recent years, SYB has been introduced to China in cooperation with the Asia-Pacific Employment Promotion Project (ILO) of the International Labour Organization and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of China.
SYB training is for those who have entrepreneurial ideas and really intend to start a new business. It introduces participants to the steps of starting a business and how to complete the feasibility study of starting a business by themselves. The purpose of the "Entrepreneurship" training program is to enable people with entrepreneurial will to practice and implement all the steps of entrepreneurship, complete their own entrepreneurial plans, and provide follow-up support services to help them start their own businesses and achieve effective management.

SYB training content:
SYB is a concise, popular, easy-to-understand and practical entrepreneurship training textbook, which has been widely implemented and used in more than 80 countries around the world. SYB's training course is divided into two parts. The first part is two-step entrepreneurship awareness training, and the second part is eight-step entrepreneurship plan training.
The first step is to evaluate that you are an entrepreneur; (that is, entrepreneurial adaptability analysis)
The second step is to establish a good corporate philosophy for yourself; (that is, the conception and selection of entrepreneurial projects)
The third step is to evaluate your market; (i.e. product, customer and competitor analysis)
The fourth step is the personnel organization of the enterprise; (i.e. personnel arrangement in operation)
Step five, choose the form of enterprise legal person; (that is, what kind of business license to apply for)
The sixth step is the legal environment and your responsibilities; (that is, the laws and regulations on entrepreneurship, what kind of legal risks and legal responsibilities does entrepreneurship mean to you)
Seventh, predict the demand for start-up funds;
Step 8, make a profit plan; (including cost-benefit analysis)
Step 9, judge whether your enterprise can survive; (including the feasibility analysis of your entrepreneurial project and the drafting of your entrepreneurial plan)

Lecturer profile:
SYB/SIYB entrepreneurship training lecturer who has been trained and certified by the International Labour Organization and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of China (trainers who have not been certified by the International Labour Organization and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of China are not allowed to teach).

Training qualification:
Nanjing Enthusiastic Entrepreneurship Vocational Training Center is an entrepreneurial training institution for social enrollment recognized and authorized by the national labor and social security department, and is a designated unit for re-employment training of Nanjing Municipal Government.
Training fee:
Unemployed people (college students) with valid Employment Registration Certificate in Nanjing 10 urban area can sign up for the activities (the expenses are funded by the government and free of charge). All other personnel attend at their own expense.
