All kinds of old-age care institutions that meet the conditions listed in the Guiding Opinions on the Construction of Social-run Old-age Care Institutions in Anhui Province (for Trial Implementation) and are established by enterprises, institutions, collective organizations, social organizations, charities and individuals in the form of sole proprietorship, joint venture and cooperation, have independent legal personality and have obtained the License for the Establishment of Old-age Care Institutions in Anhui Province according to law.
(3) Types and standards of subsidies
1. One-time construction subsidy. Give one-time bed construction subsidies to eligible social pension institutions (one-time bed construction subsidies do not include public pension institutions, public private pension institutions, elderly medical institutions, elderly houses, elderly communities, etc.). ). 3. Loan discount subsidy. Governments at all levels rely on social pension institutions to purchase pension services from rural five guarantees, urban "three noes" and urban and rural low-income elderly people, and give subsidies for purchasing services.
