The assessment fee shall be borne by the applicant.
3. If the employee purchases the first suite, the down payment ratio of the house area below 90 square meters shall not be less than 20% of the total purchase price; If the construction area is more than 90 square meters, the down payment ratio shall not be less than 30% of the total purchase price. If you buy a second house, the down payment ratio shall not be less than 60% of the total purchase price. For the purchase of affordable housing, the down payment ratio shall not be less than 30% of the total purchase price. There is no loan for the third suite. (The number of housing units for provident fund loans shall be determined by the audit of provident fund management center)
4. Not higher than the maximum amount of a single housing provident fund loan. Individual employees, the maximum amount of a single housing provident fund loan is 500,000. If the applicant and the co-applicant jointly apply and the co-applicant deposits the housing provident fund in this city, the maximum amount of a single housing provident fund loan is 900,000.
5. If the applicant fails to withdraw the housing provident fund for more than three consecutive years before applying for the provident fund loan, the loanable amount of the housing provident fund loan calculated according to the multiple of the balance of the housing provident fund account may be increased by 10%, but other conditions specified in the preceding paragraph shall be met.
