If a rural household registration moves into a city, it must hold the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school's admission certificate or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority, and declare the move-out registration to the household registration authority.

First, the handling process:

1. When the local police station accepts the application, within 20 working days, the police in the compulsory district will stop investigating and verifying the supporting materials provided by the applicant and make comments, and report to the household administration department of the county (district) public security bureau after being signed by the competent leader;

2, the county (District) public security (sub-bureau) household administration department shall, within 15 working days after receiving the submitted materials, make a resolution on approval or disapproval of the application within the examination and approval authority, make a resolution on approval, and at the same time issue a "Permit to Move", and attach audit opinions to the application outside the examination and approval authority. Report to the household administration department of the Municipal Public Security Bureau;

3. After receiving the submitted materials, the household administration department of the Municipal Public Security Bureau shall make a resolution of approval or disapproval within 15 working days, and if the resolution of approval is made, the "Permit to Move" shall be issued at the same time;

4. The local police station shall notify the applicant within 2 working days after receiving the approval resolution of the household administration department of the public security organ at a higher level;

5. The local police station will issue the "Permit to Move" on the spot with the "Permit to Move" to pay attention to the cancellation of the account;

6. The local police station shall go through the household formalities on the spot with the "Permit to Move" and "Permit to Move".

Second, you need to carry information:

1, home application;

2, the applicant's real estate license or bank mortgage purchase certificate, purchase invoice, purchase contract, real estate trading center consultation cancellation form;

3. If the self-built house has not yet obtained the real estate license, provide the land use certificate or relevant certificates of the land department, planning permit and construction permit;

4. The applicant's household registration book, resident identity card, marriage certificate and medical certificate of birth of minor children;

5. The household registration certificate issued by the police station where the applicant moves out (excluding the migration in the province, if he brings relatives into the home, he must prove the relationship.

"Regulations on Household Registration in People's Republic of China (PRC)" Article 10 If a citizen moves out of the jurisdiction where the household registration is located, he or she shall declare the registration of moving out to the household registration authority before moving out, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
