Offline "Joint Office of the Two Places": Employees who deposit their houses in Xinxiang from different places can apply for withdrawal of housing provident fund in the business halls of the center and county management stations, including withdrawal of house purchase money and repayment of mortgage principal and interest.
Offline "collection agency": information inquiry of employees who have paid in different places to apply for personal provident fund deposits and loans; Certificate of deposit of housing provident fund issued by the lender; Pay off the housing provident fund loan in advance; Issued by the housing provident fund personal housing loan repayment certificate, can handle the agency business in the center, county management station business hall.
Third, the process of "collection agency, joint office of the two places"
1. Employees need to contact the housing provident fund center at the place of deposit and consult the materials needed for the business of the center at the place of deposit.
2. Employees should bring the required materials to the business hall of the center and county management station to apply.
3. Employees fill in the Application Form for Inter-provincial Comprehensive Office Business and sign it.
4. Workers need to fill in the Letter of Authorization for Credit Inquiry and sign it for confirmation because they have withdrawn housing provident fund due to loan repayment in different places.
5. After the inter-provincial office business is accepted, the original will be returned to the applicant, and a copy of the inter-provincial office business acceptance receipt will be issued. Our center will verify the information within 5 working days and send it to the housing provident fund center where the deposit is made. If the other center needs additional information, it will contact the staff again.
6. After the business is successfully handled, call the employees, please keep the phone open.
