After adjustment, Yantai housing provident fund loans to the applicant's family (including myself, spouse and minor children, the same below) housing units identified as:
1. In any of the following circumstances, it is deemed that the applicant's family has purchased the first set of housing and implemented the first set of housing provident fund loan policy:
(1) No housing provident fund loan record;
(2) There is no record of outstanding commercial personal housing loans;
(3) There is no housing in the administrative area of Yantai.
2. In any of the following circumstances, it is deemed that the applicant's family purchases a second set of housing and implements the second set of housing provident fund loan policy:
(1) has a house in the administrative area of Yantai;
(2) There is a record of settlement of housing provident fund loans;
(3) There are outstanding commercial personal housing loan records;
(4) There are outstanding commercial personal housing loan records and a set of housing in the administrative area of Yantai City, and they are the same set of housing.
3. In any of the following circumstances, it is deemed as the purchase of the third and above houses, and no loan will be granted:
(1) owns two or more houses within the administrative area of Yantai;
(2) There are two housing provident fund loan records;
(3) There are two or more outstanding commercial personal housing loans;
(4) There are outstanding commercial personal housing loan records and a set of housing in the administrative area of Yantai City, and they are not the same set of housing;
(5) There is a record of housing provident fund loans and there is a house in the administrative area of Yantai City, not the same house;
(6) There are records of housing provident fund loans and outstanding records of commercial individual housing loans, and they are not the same housing. (End)
