The Notice clarifies that from June 1 2022, the down payment ratio of the second housing provident fund loan will be reduced from the current 50% to 30%, and the total loan amount will not exceed 70% of the total price of the purchased self-occupied housing.

At the same time, adjust the first home housing provident fund loan policy. The "Notice" also mentioned the resumption of housing provident fund loans and house purchase withdrawal business in different places in the province. Workers paid by other cities in the province to buy houses in Ganzhou can apply for individual housing provident fund loans according to Ganzhou housing provident fund loan policy; Ganzhou paid workers in other cities in the province to buy houses, according to Ganzhou housing provident fund withdrawal policy to apply for the withdrawal of individual housing provident fund account balance.

The "Notice" requires that after a real estate development project obtains a pre-sale permit for commercial housing, the housing provident fund management department shall accept and review the housing provident fund personal housing loan, and issue it in time after the real estate registration department completes the mortgage registration.

According to the Notice, the above-mentioned policy adjustments will be implemented on a trial basis 1 year from June, 2022.
