What invoices and receipts do you leave after buying a house with a mortgage?
The bills for mortgage purchase of new houses and second-hand houses are different, as follows:

New house:

Down payment receipt

Notarization fees and production fees charged by banks,

Bank loan voucher

Deed tax receipt, maintenance fund receipt

After delivery, the developer will give you purchase invoices, deed tax invoices and maintenance fund invoices.

Second-hand house:

Personal income tax invoice: issued by the seller (if the seller only owns the house as a family unit and has been there for five years, personal income tax will be exempted when selling it).

Deed tax invoice: issued by the buyer, (below 90 square meters 1%, 90 square meters 1.5%, 1.44 square meters above 3%, deed tax for the second apartment 3%).

Business tax invoice: issued by the seller, (5.6%, if the seller's house is more than two years old, it will be exempted from business tax when it is sold)

Transaction fee invoice: one person and half of the buyer and seller (area *6 yuan).

Production cost: paid by the buyer (80 yuan)
