Method 1: BOC Personal Mobile Banking cancels the cancellation quota independently.

In the state that your current bank is valid and all loans under this bank have been settled, click "Loan-BOC E Loan-"-bank details in the upper right corner, click "Bank Close" button, select the reason, confirm the information, and click "Confirm Close" button to close the bank successfully.

Method 2: Please go to the branch of Bank of China, where BOC E Loan belongs, and contact the personal loan manager to cancel (release) the line.
