Full-time undergraduate colleges, higher vocational colleges and junior colleges (the list of schools is subject to the annual announcement of the Ministry of Education) are undergraduate, graduate and second bachelor's degrees respectively. You can't apply for student-origin credit loans in the following situations: students in preparatory classes, students in self-study exams, adult college entrance examination students, advanced students, and students who obtained national student loans in colleges and universities that year.
