Hello, there are two types of provident fund: municipal provident fund and state-run provident fund.

① Municipal affairs: qualification review and housing verification → online signing (1 working day) → evaluation (about 5-7 working days for house inspection, and 5-7 working days for sunrise evaluation report after house inspection) → down payment supervision → provident fund face-to-face signing and preliminary examination (1 working day) → provident fund review and loan approval (/kloc-0-65433)

→ Signing a loan contract → Paying taxes → Transferring ownership → Lending (about 15-20 working days after the issuance of the real estate license).

② State management:

Qualification review, house verification → online signing (1 working day) → evaluation (10- 15 sunrise evaluation report) → down payment supervision → provident fund face-to-face signing (1 working day) → provident fund review and loan approval (10 working day).

→ Pay taxes → Transfer ownership → Sign a loan contract (7- 10 working days after the issuance of the real estate license) → Lend money (4 working days).
