(1) 15 times of the personal account balance of housing provident fund. If both the loan applicant and the spouse deposit the housing provident fund in the management center, it shall be calculated according to the sum of the loan amount of both parties;
(2) The sum of the loan amount of the housing accumulation fund in the portfolio loan and the personal housing loan amount of the commercial bank shall not be higher than 80% of the total price of the purchased house. The total purchase price does not include the cost of house decoration and the purchase of garage;
(3) The maximum loan amount of housing provident fund in portfolio loans is 600,000 yuan.

The term of the portfolio loan is voluntary, with the shortest term of 1 year (inclusive) and the longest term of 30 years, which shall not exceed the period from the date when the borrower handles the loan to the statutory retirement age of the country.
loan rate
The housing accumulation fund in portfolio loans of commercial banks and individual housing loans shall be calculated according to the interest rates stipulated in relevant policies respectively. When the national interest rate is adjusted, the interest rate for the remaining term shall be adjusted according to this contract.
