Flexible employees refer to self-employed individuals and their employees, part-time employees, new employment forms and other flexible employees with full civil capacity within the legal employment age.
How do flexible employees apply for housing provident fund deposit?
Flexible employees applying for housing provident fund deposit shall first go through the formalities of establishing a personal account for housing provident fund (hereinafter referred to as personal account). Flexible employees can only open a personal housing provident fund deposit account.
In any of the following circumstances, the provident fund loan shall not be handled:
One of the following negative information exists in the personal credit information system, the provident fund information system and the credit management system of the public credit information department, and the flexible employment depositor may not apply for provident fund loans:
(1) Personal credit information (including China People's Bank Credit Information System and Provident Fund Business Information System, etc. ) has one of the following serious bad records:
1, housing provident fund loans, commercial bank loans, credit cards and quasi-credit cards have been overdue for more than three consecutive times or accumulated for more than six times in the last five years;
2. Overdue debts of loans, credit cards and quasi-credit cards have not been paid off;
3. There are bad debts, write-offs, stop payment, compulsory execution, etc.
4. Other debts are relatively large;
5. Other serious bad records.
(2) If the depositor and non-spouse or non-lineal relatives jointly purchase a house, the relationship between the buyer and the seller is husband and wife, parents and children;
(3) Being included in the list of persons who have lost their trust;
(four) whether there is false information, false promises and other circumstances;
(five) there are other circumstances that may affect the safety of provident fund loans.
If the audit fails, the provident fund center will explain the reasons and return the application materials.
