Conditions that borrowers of personal second-hand housing loans need to meet:

1, a natural person with full capacity for civil conduct and meeting the requirements specified by the Agricultural Bank;

2. Have legal and valid identity certificates (such as resident identity cards, household registration books or other valid residence certificates);

3. Have a stable occupation and income, good credit and the ability to repay the principal and interest of the loan;

4, has signed a legally binding purchase contract or agreement;

5. Being able to pay a down payment of not less than 30% of the total purchase price;

6. Agree to use the purchased house as collateral, or provide assets recognized by the Agricultural Bank as collateral or pledge, or have units or individuals with guarantee qualifications and sufficient compensation capacity as guarantors to repay the principal and interest and bear joint and several liabilities;

7. Other conditions stipulated by the Agricultural Bank.

1. The original and photocopy of valid identity documents, household registration books and legally binding proof of marital status of the borrower and the owner;

2. Income certificate approved by the bank; 3. The original legally binding commercial housing sales contract or agreement or other valid documents;

4. Proof of down payment of not less than 30% of the house price, such as down payment voucher, down payment receipt, invoice or bank receipt;

5. Proof of legal property rights such as the original "Property Ownership Certificate" of the purchased property;

6 other information required by the Agricultural Bank.
