Personal loans under any of the following circumstances may be paid by the borrower independently with the consent of the lender: (1) The borrower cannot determine the specific transaction object in advance and the amount does not exceed 300,000 yuan; (2) The counterparty of the borrower does not have the conditions to effectively use the non-cash settlement method; (3) the loan funds are used for production and operation and the amount does not exceed 500,000 yuan; (4) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
