Have more than 2 years of tobacco business experience (two business years can be calculated by combining personal license and company license, but a copy of the original license is required), the borrower is over 18 years old (inclusive), and the sum of the borrower's age and loan term is not more than 60 years old;

3. In the last 24 months, there are no overdue records for 3 consecutive periods and 6 cumulative periods, and there are no illegal and criminal records or bad behaviors such as gambling and drug abuse;

4. The latest clustering result of tobacco retail customers is five grades or above, and the amount of cigarettes purchased recently 1 year exceeds 500,000 yuan, which is settled in the "China Tobacco New Business Alliance" system with the Agricultural Bank card.
