Temporary id card can use it, but there is no magnetic card in it, so its use is limited. You can get it in three days.
It's not as fast as slow to apply for the second-generation ID card. The staff will say that they will get their ID cards in two months, but they will not get them until one and a half months later.
Saturday and Sunday are not allowed.
