The limit of commercial student loans per academic year shall not exceed the total amount of tuition, accommodation and basic living expenses actually required by the borrower this academic year. Tuition and accommodation fees shall be subject to the charging standard of the borrower's university, and the living expenses shall not exceed twice the annual minimum living standard of the city where the university is located.
