Reserve talents who have passed the assessment upon expiration of their service period enjoy the following preferential policies:

(1) When reserve companies have job vacancies and need to supplement personnel, priority should be given to hiring.

(2) The district’s civil servant recruitment will arrange no less than 15 positions in total each year, which are specially used for six types of grassroots service projects that have expired.

(3) When the public institutions in the district openly recruit staff, the public institutions at or above the league city will arrange no less than 20 positions per year, and the public institutions at or below the banner county will arrange no less than 20 positions every year. If the total number of recruits is less than 40, targeted recruitment will be conducted for college graduates who have passed the examination upon expiration of their service period.

(4) For those who have established a receiving unit in the autonomous region, they will not be subject to a probationary period, but will be directly converted to full-time and graded. The reserve period will be calculated as seniority, and the area where the receiving unit is located will be allowed to settle. If a work unit has not been confirmed and personnel agency is needed, public employment and talent service agencies should provide free agency services.

(5) In the future evaluation of intermediate and senior professional and technical titles, priority will be given to the evaluation under the same conditions. Those who start their own businesses can enjoy relevant policies such as administrative fee reductions and exemptions, small loan guarantees, and interest discounts.
