The loan amount of individual housing provident fund in Tianjin should be determined according to four conditions: repayment ability, the proportion of housing price, the multiple of the balance stored in the housing provident fund account and the maximum loan amount. The minimum value calculated by the four conditions is the maximum loanable amount of the borrower.
