Farmers or self-employed households in the community have full civil capacity, strong credit concept, good credit status, engaged in land cultivation or other production and business activities in line with national industrial policies, and have reliable income. Family members must have workers who have the ability to produce or operate.
The use and arrangement order of micro-credit loans for farmers: loans for agricultural production expenses such as planting and breeding, loans for individual and private economy of agricultural production, loans for agricultural machinery, and loans for small-scale irrigation and water conservancy capital construction.
