The intermediary’s loan service fee is their “errand fee”.
Generally speaking, when we buy second-hand houses, the real estate agency will not only charge agency fees, but also charge loan service fees. This fee is the cost of dealing with banks and appraisal agencies in order to help customers successfully apply for housing loans. After all, when applying for a home loan, there are many procedures that need to be completed. If the customer handles it himself, it will not only be time-consuming and labor-intensive, but some procedures may not be completed at once.
Since real estate agents often handle such business, they will be familiar with the various processes involved, making it much more convenient than customers. The housing agency provides services and of course charges a certain amount of remuneration, which is the loan service fee.
