The national student loan refers to the student loan granted by the lender from the central or local financial discount to the borrower, which is used for the tuition, miscellaneous expenses and living expenses required by the borrower himself or his immediate family or legal guardian to study full-time undergraduate, junior college or graduate students in domestic universities.
