Depositors belonging to nine urban management departments need to first issue a "certificate of no housing provident fund loan" at the Beijing Housing Provident Fund Loan Center, and then go to the management department where the depositor opens an account with this certificate and the blank housing provident fund deposit certificate. The management department shall complete the standard certificate according to the Loan Certificate of Housing Provident Fund and the information of provident fund deposit, and affix the business seal of the management department.

The information required for off-site deposit is as follows:

1, housing consumption withdrawal housing provident fund application form;

2. The original employee ID card is required;

3. Need to provide the original employee housing provident fund joint card;

4 employees according to the spouse share extraction, provide spouse ID card, marriage certificate and a copy of the original; If it is extracted according to the share of minor children, the original and photocopy of the household registration book shall be submitted (if the household registration book cannot be provided or the household registration book cannot reflect the family relationship, the proof of other family members' relationship issued by the public security organ shall be provided); According to the share of spouse and minor children, the above materials should be provided at the same time;

5. The original and photocopy of the real estate license are required;

6, need to buy bills or deed tax stamps or policy housing special receipt and a copy of the original;

7. If the spouse is entrusted, provide the original and photocopy of the spouse's ID card and marriage certificate; If an agent is entrusted to another person, the original and photocopy of the agent's ID card shall be submitted, and the original power of attorney notarized by a notary office shall be submitted at the same time.
