Will my husband check his wife's credit when he buys a car loan?
Legal analysis: When a husband borrows money to buy a car, the lending institution will check his wife's credit information. Buying a car after marriage is a family unit, so either husband or wife needs to check the other's credit information when buying a car. And although the husband is the main lender, it is mainly based on the husband's credit information. However, if the wife's credit information is not good, it will also affect the husband's car loan audit results.

Therefore, if the other spouse has bad credit information, please try to apply for a car loan after a period of time.
