If you want to cancel the non-contracted account of online banking, you can cancel the non-contracted account through My Account-Account Management-Account Addition and Cancellation. If you need to cancel the online banking signing account, you need to bring your valid ID card and passbook/card to any branch of our bank to cancel the signing account.
