Article 19 of the General Rules for Loans: 1. The borrower shall truthfully provide the information required by the lender (except those that cannot be provided by law), and truthfully provide all the bank, account number and deposit and loan balance to the lender. Cooperate with the lender's investigation, examination and inspection, accept the lender's supervision over its use of credit funds and related production, operation and financial activities, and use the loan according to the purposes agreed in the loan contract. 4. Pay off the loan principal and interest in time according to the loan contract. 5. If all or part of the debt is transferred to a third party, the consent of the lender shall be obtained, and the lender shall be notified in time to take preservation measures.
