In particular, the employees in the education and medical systems included in the financial budget have lost their basic rights to apply for housing provident fund loans because they have not paid the housing provident fund, and the employees have strongly reflected. In order to expand the coverage of housing provident fund in our city, protect the basic rights and interests of workers and promote the development of housing provident fund in our city, governments at all levels and departments should attach great importance to it. From the political perspective of building a happy Shantou, focusing on solving people's livelihood problems and improving people's happiness, the establishment of housing provident fund system is regarded as an important task of doing practical things for the people, put on an important agenda, and support and promote the collection and expansion of provident fund: First, do a good job in the allocation of funds by administrative institutions at the city, district (county) levels.
