This big link is definitely not pyramid schemes, and the Public Security Bureau has not talked about this link; If it is promotion, the case should be that every investor must develop offline to get benefits, while for agricultural investment projects, every investor can get benefits without developing offline, which is different from pyramid schemes.
Second, we have invested in agricultural and commercial forums organized by the government and recommended by government officials. The amount of investors is tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands and millions, which is different from the membership fee of real pyramid schemes. The real pyramid scheme only needs to pay a fixed amount at one time.

On February 28th, 2009, the Seventh Session of the 11th the NPC Standing Committee adopted the Seventh Amendment to the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) (DecreeNo. 10 of the President of the People's Republic of China was promulgated on the same day, and it will come into force as of the date of promulgation). "Article 224- 1. Whoever, in the name of selling goods and providing services, organizes and leads participants to obtain the qualification to join, forms a hierarchy in a certain order, and directly or indirectly lures or coerces participants to continue to develop pyramid schemes that others participate in, defrauding money and goods, and disrupting economic and social order, is to be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years or criminal detention and also fined; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years and fined. "This is the latest provision of our country's laws on defining what pyramid selling activities are. Let's analyze this legal provision.
According to the provisions of this law, only "organizing and leading business activities such as selling goods and providing services, requiring participants to obtain membership by paying fees or purchasing goods and services, and forming a hierarchy in a certain order, directly or indirectly taking the development number as the reward or rebate basis, inducing and coercing participants to continue to develop others' participation, defrauding money and goods, and disrupting economic and social order" can constitute the crime of organizing and leading pyramid selling activities, and the above legal expression actually includes, in other words, Without any of them, this crime cannot be established.
