Lending banks can only accept applications for early repayment from the second repayment month of personal loans. The other is to transfer money through online banking, and directly transfer money to the account for repayment through the network.

Prepayment procedure

1. Preparation materials: copy of personal ID card 1, application for withdrawal of municipal housing provident fund sealed by the company in triplicate, loan certificate issued by the bank for early settlement, and original individual housing provident fund loan contract;

2. Telephone consultation: 96 155 to inquire about the location of the provident fund.

3. Fill in the application form: go directly to the provident fund management institution, and the staff will calculate the balance you need to repay, prompting you to deduct all the money at once when you deduct the money next month.

4. Bank deposit: After completing the above procedures, deposit enough money into your loan repayment bank card according to the repayment amount issued by the provident fund management office, preferably 10 yuan.

5. Bank transfer: the bank will deduct the repayment amount in your bank card at one time (only the amount of the current month will be deducted each time before applying to the provident fund management office).

6. Get the proof of repayment: You can go to the ATM to check, and if you find that the repayment amount has been deducted, you can go to the provident fund management office to get the proof of paying off the loan.

7. Obtain other certificates and the original house purchase contract: Bring relevant certificates (personal ID card, repayment contract, change agreement, repayment voucher and repayment schedule) to Beijing Zhongguancun Beijing Loan Center to obtain other certificates and the original house purchase contract.

8. Handling mortgage cancellation: Take relevant materials to the Housing Authority where the property belongs and handle mortgage cancellation procedures.
