1. The commercial loan has not been paid off, and there is no record of three consecutive or accumulated six overdue repayments in recent two years.
2. The borrower of the commercial-to-public loan shall be the borrower of the commercial loan or the spouse or property owner of the borrower.
3. Commercial loans should have completed the mortgage procedures, and there is only the mortgage right set by commercial loans, and there are no other rights restrictions such as mortgage, seizure and residence right setting.
