The person who has been executed in breach of trust refers to the person who has failed to fulfill the obligations specified in the effective legal documents, and has legal circumstances such as "unable to perform" and "resisting execution", thus being listed on the list of people who have been executed in breach of trust by the people's court according to law.

The person subjected to execution should not be enforced according to law;

(four) other circumstances that do not belong to the ability to perform and refuse to perform the obligations specified in the effective legal documents.

The people's court shall inform the relevant government departments, financial regulatory agencies, financial institutions, institutions undertaking administrative functions and trade associations of the information on the list of people who have been executed in bad faith, so that the relevant units can impose credit punishment on people who have been executed in bad faith in terms of government procurement, bidding, administrative examination and approval, government support, financing and credit, market access and qualification identification in accordance with laws, regulations and relevant provisions. The people's court shall notify the credit reporting agency of the information on the list of people who have been executed in bad faith, and the credit reporting agency shall record it in its credit reporting system.
