1. If the borrower fails to fulfill the repayment obligation according to the agreed repayment date, loans overdue and Focus Microfinance Company will take deduction measures.

2. The borrower has agreed to bind the repayment account with the account of Focus Microfinance Company, and authorized Focus Microfinance Company to automatically deduct money from the repayment account on the repayment date.

3. There is a fault or error in the system of Focus Microfinance Company, which leads to repeated or wrong deduction.
